Before the covid-19 pandemic, Crowne Plaza Starbay was going to launch a new luxury beachfront resort in Phu Quoc Island. There were 3 digital objectives to reach:
- Support the pre-opening phase of the resort in Phu Quoc
- Cooperate with the internal to launch the new independent website
- Audit & optimize to guarantee high organic ranking
The new resort had to face the country’s lockdown & the tourism industry’s collapse as well. The crisis delayed the official opening for several months.
Prodima Vietnam launched an SEO campaign on the website, for both English & Vietnamese languages. The main purpose was to maintain a solid online presence and website traffic while waiting for the market to open up again.
From a 33-keyword SEO package, Crowne Plaza Starbay website was already ranking for 332 keywords 5 months after the beginning of the SEO campaign.
Despite the covid-19 pandemic, Prodima Vietnam managed to maintain good online visibility and monthly website traffic of 600 visitors (organic).
